I'm a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, yoga teacher, & holistic health coach with over 10 years of experience.

I’ve taught and trained different ways over the years but when I became a mom, the time I had for fitness shifted and so did my priorities. I developed a passion for heavier, functional training for myself and my clients and it has been a game changer!

WHY STRENGTH TRAINING?

The short-term benefits of strength training—like feeling better in your day-to-day life are easy to recognize. But beyond that, emerging research continues to highlight the critical role of strength training in women’s long-term health and well-being.

As early as their 30s, women can begin to lose 3–8% of muscle mass per decade without regular, intentional strength-building activity. Muscle mass is now recognized as a key predictor of both longevity and resilience. For women in particular, maintaining muscle helps counter the natural decline in estrogen and bone density that occurs with age, supporting not just physical function but also cognitive health. Strength training is more than a fitness choice—it’s an investment in a stronger, healthier future.
